Bill Windsor is one of CI-Discern’s senior Program Managers and brings more than 35+ years of federal government experience to include program management and identity management subject matter expertise. Before retiring from federal service, he served as program manager for a large-scale federal identity / credential management solution and led the modernization programs for physical access control systems within two different Cabinet-levels Departments.
Currently, Bill is serving at a critical Federal client where he is leading a PMO of cybersecurity subject matter experts, solutions architects, business and policy analysts, and project managers developing a Zero Trust Architecture and modernizing the ICAM solution.
Bill brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team ranging from strategic development, implementation planning and execution, information system security, procurement planning and oversight, and leadership. During his career as a federal employee, he led many cybersecurity objectives focused on creation, modernization and interoperability of identity attributes, access control solutions and value-added corporate IT solutions.
